Can late fees be added to the monthly statement as a separate column adding to the balnce due?ex: invoice late fee balance due $500.00 $10.00 $510.00?

The option to add a separate column for invoice late fees in the monthly statement is unavailable in QuickBooks. Once you add this to your invoice, this will be included in your transaction's total balance.

 

This function would be great to be added to the program. Therefore, I'd suggest sending feedback to our developers. This will give them the opportunity to review your request and potentially incorporate it into future updates.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

You can also explore third-party apps that may assist you in creating statements with invoice balances and late fees. Simply navigate to the Apps menu and use the Search bar to find relevant apps.
