Can my transactions and invoices from my online account be transferred to my self employed account? If so how?

I'll give you some details on this, Rviller.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) are both accounting software solutions, but they service different types of users and have different feature sets. This means that both are two separate software platforms with different features and capabilities.

For now, transferring transactions and invoices from your online account to self-employed is unavailable. As a workaround, you'll have to enter your transactions manually in QBSE.

Furthermore, you use the Schedule C form to report your self-employed income and expenses. Learn about Schedule C categories in QBSE. I've added this article for more information: Schedule C and Expense Categories in QuickBooks Solpreneur and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you're referring to something else or if you have any other concerns when moving your transactions. I'm always right here to help you. Have a nice day!

@rvillerrefer

You can't migrate data from QBO to QBSE or QB Solopreneur. You best option is converting your data from QBO to QB Desktop file and use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then you can start from scratch in QBSE or QBSP.
