Thank you for posting in the Community, Userd02e2d87. I understand that keeping track of your invoices is crucial, and I am here to guide you through the process.

To begin with, let's ensure that you are on the correct company on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. There are multiple ways to access your invoices, and I'd be glad to show you how.

First, we can go to your Sales menu, then select either Invoices or All Sales. All your created Invoices will be listed there. Here is a screenshot to give you a better idea:

Another way to locate them is to click the Search bar to locate your recently opened transactions including your Invoices. You can refer to this screenshot I added:

Lastly, you can find your Recorded Invoices by clicking on Create Invoice, and then selecting the Recent Invoices logo to view them. I also added a screenshot for you to be guided:

To save time in the future, you can personalize the appearance and layout of your sales forms. You can refer to this helpful reference: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any further invoices or any QuickBooks-related concerns, please don't hesitate to return to this thread. I'll be keeping an eye out for your replies in the comments. Have a fantastic day!
