Question
Can not save or print invoices
I am unable to save & print any invoices with 2 or more items on the invoice! & Customer support gives me what they call a "work around" of sending 1 item invoices! I'm sorry but THAT IS NOT A "WORK AROUND" for us with our business. Our "Customers" are home manufacturers that we do services for, I can't send them 6 to sometimes 2-3 dozen invoices for 1 job! I'm sorry let me rephrase that, THEY won't except all those invoices for 1 job! That is entirely WAY to confusing/complicated, and we won't get paid for the work that we do to their homes with that many invoices. Explaining the situation and how it is out of my control, will not help our situation. They will hold up and question every single invoice, like WE are trying to double/triple get paid for items we already got paid for. When I explained this to the customer support person on the phone, I was told my only other option is to wait til it gets fixed. WE CAN'T DO THAT NEITHER!! We are a small business, and we could go under before it gets fixed. TOO much time has gone by already with us not being able to invoice! He then said, "Well that is your choice then". PLEASE explain to me HOW either option is a choice?!?! I don't see how either 1 is my choice. So, I send MANY 1 item invoices for 1 job, to which, I won't get paid for... OR I wait it out, and NOT GET PAID! Oh, I'm sorry, I guess yes it is my choice, on how to NOT get paid. Regardless of my choice, we are still NOT GETTING PAID!
I'm praying that someone out there, might have found or knows of some other "work around" that will allow me to put multiple items on 1 invoice for 1 job, because I honestly have no idea on what to do if we can't invoice for the entire job at once.
What I find to be the funniest part of the whole thing is... Regardless on whether or not I am able to use QBO, isn't stopping them from charging me for the full subscription, which just went out of my account a few days ago! I only use QBO for the ability of keeping everything together for Invoice purposes. Which clearly I am unable to do, why am I getting charged the full price of the subscription when I can't even use it?!?!
