Welcome to the Community, kerianne.

Allow me to share some information about tracking the Vendors 'COIs in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Tracking Certificates of Insurance (COI) for vendors is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, while there is not option yet, I'll be sharing a workaround for you to be able to attach it through the Vendor's profile.

If you have already created a COI outside of QuickBooks, you can attach it in the Notes and Attachment section of the Vendors Profile. Let me guide you through the steps on how to do this:

  1. At the left navigation panel click on Expenses.
  2. From there, double-click the name of the vendor you want to edit.
  3. Next, click the Notes and Attachment tab.
  4. Then attach the COI document and click on the Save button once you are done.

Additionally, Ill share this article if you need to make some changes to your billing, payment, and subscription information, you can manage them directly from QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you with managing your Vendors in QuickBooks Online. Take care!
