Thanks for reaching out to us about syncing Amazon's orders and inventory in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Chenglongzheng. I'm here to provide guidance and detailed information to assist you with this integration.

At this time, QBO only allows you to link your Amazon Business account with the Amazon Business Purchases app. This integration enables QuickBooks to import all the details of your Amazon Business purchases so that they can be easily categorized and linked to your bank or credit card records.

The option to synchronize Amazon's order inventory with QBO directly is unavailable. What I can suggest for you is to use third-party integration apps to bridge these platforms. Follow these steps on how to look for an app that can connect Amazon's orders inventory and QBO:

  1. Go to the Apps menu on the left navigation bar and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
  2. Search for the app you wish to connect to in the magnifying glass bar or select the Browse category ▼ to search for an app by category.
  3. Select the App you wish to download
  4. Click Get App Now.
  5. Authorize the app to connect to your QBO.
  6. Follow the remaining steps to connect and set up the app settings of your choice.

You can manage all third-party app connections in the My Apps tab. Allow me to share additional resources related to managing third-party app integrations within QBO:

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions or require assistance with integrating a third-party app in QBO. I'm here to support you with any further inquiries you may have.

@chenglongzheng-h

You can use a 3rd party inventory management app as the connector.
