My logo is pretty small when it appears on the invoice.  Is there a way to resize it in QB online or will I need to do it elsewhere and import the larger one

Thank you for selecting QuickBooks as your partner in managing your business operations, @dpracing-co. I understand the challenges it may bring to you and your business. I'll share the guidelines you can perform if you see the font, sizing, or other display issues.

If you're using the regular QuickBooks Online versions, let's ensure that the logo you're trying to attach meets the requirements so that you can successfully change it.

Here are the specific logo requirements:

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24 bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
  • square-shaped since rectangles don't work.
  • using the standard RGB color space
  • convert to an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) if your logo is CMKY-formatted.

You can edit the size of the logo in the invoice template. Let me show you where to go:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Custom Form Styles.
  2. Look for the template and click Edit.
  3. Under the Design tab, click Make logo edits.
  4. For the size, select either or to make it bigger.
  5. Click Done.

I’ve added screenshots for visual reference.

For more details, see this article as your reference: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

I've also included this helpful article in case you need some ideas for additional customization for your invoice template: How to add custom fields to invoices?

Moreover, you can email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can efficiently manage your sales forms and keep track of your financial transactions.

I'd be happy to see you again here in the Community. We're always here to help if you need assistance with changing the size of your company logo in QuickBooks. Have a good one.
