it seems like your QuickBooks setup is disorganized blurring the financial situation. Now, we have two options,  1. a fresh start 2. cleanup and catchup... if you provide an overview of your business and current QBs situation, I can guide your further.

Hello there, @unicleaning.

It's my pleasure to assist you today with managing your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you need to balance out your QuickBooks and bank account to ensure all the transactions are the same and in order. You'll want to reconcile your account. When doing the process, make sure to compare your bank transactions in QuickBooks to your bank statement to see if there are transactions that need to be deleted or added.

Otherwise, if you really want to start over, you can manually delete all the transactions in your bank. Then, manually import them again. You can also disconnect or delete your account and add it again.

To delete:

  1. Go to Sales, then select All Sales.
  2. Find the invoice that you want to void or delete.
  3. In the Action column, select the dropdown.
  4. Then select Void or Delete.

Moreover, if you need further guidance in organizing your books, I encourage you to talk to your accountant or find a ProAdvisor. That way, they can guide you with the best option to use and ensure the accuracy of your books.

I'm leaving these articles for further guidance in handling bank transactions and accounts in QBO:
