There are different reasons why you're unable to find the invoice on your shortcut list. One of them is that your browser cache causes issues when viewing a new version of before-visited web pages.
QuickBooks Online is sometimes poorly configured due to overloaded site data. In the meantime, I suggest using a private window that doesn't temporarily store files.
To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
Safari: Press Command+Shift+N
If you're still having the same result, I suggest utilizing other supported browser. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.
If you're finally able to find the invoice in the shortcut panel. I suggest returning to your usual browser and clearing its cache and cookies.
