Can someone help me turn off daily reminders for payment to my customers? They are getting very annoyed and I'm not sure where to turn them off

My customers are receiving daily reminders to pay. Some of them already have paid, so they are getting very upset with me.

I recognize the importance of turning off your daily reminder for the payment, onelovelawns. Also, it's my pleasure to guide you on how to turn it off.

If your subscription is QuickBooks Online, Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus, you can turn off the feature in the Gear icon.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Sales tab.
  4. Untoggle the Automatic invoice reminders in the Reminders section.
  5. Select Save and Done.

But if you're using QuickBooks Advance, you can turn off or disable the payment reminder from your Workflows.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then select Manage workflows.
  2. Look for the payment-due reminder that you'd like to turn off or disable.
  3. Under the Actions column, click the Edit drop-down arrow.
  4. Select the Disable.

You can check this article to know more details about the Workflows feature: Use workflows in QuickBooks Online Advanced to send reminders.
