Can someone tell me how to add a line between my typed lines to edit an invoice?

I'm here to share additional information on adding lines to the invoice window in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're referring to adding a blank line between the existing line items on the invoice, you may need to click on the dots icon next to the service date to add a new row and columns.

Here's how:

1. Go Sales on the left pane.
2. Select the Invoice tab, then open the existing Invoice 
3. Fill in the necessary information.
4. Click on the Dots icon next to the Service Date to add a row.
   
   
5. Drag the six Dots icon to relocate it between the existing line items.
   
   
6. Then Save and close.
