Welcome to the Community, @Peaches11.

I want to make sure we resolve your concern about accessing your invoices using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

First, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Online account through the website to confirm if you can access all of your invoices for 2023. This will help us confirm that the issue only happens in the app.

Moreover, if verified it's most likely, that the issue is due to a cache that has been stored for a long time causing the app to behave strangely. In the meantime, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if you're experiencing a browser-related issue.

I'm sharing some steps to help us figure out the reason behind it. Let me guide you through the process:

For iOS:

  1. Go to your phone's settings.
  2. Select General, then choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from the application list.
  4. Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

For Android:

  1. Go to your phone's settings,
  2. Choose Apps (varies by device).
  3. Select QuickBooks Online from the application list.
  4. Go to the Storage section, then tap Clear Data.

Once done, open the invoices again. If you're experiencing the same result, uninstall and re-install the QuickBooks Online (QBO).
