Let me walk you through how to create a statement:
Go to Customers.
Select the customer you want to make statements for.
Select the New Transaction dropdown, then select Statement.
Review the customer's email address, then choose Save and Close.
Here's a photo as your reference.
Note: You can download your customer's Statement by selecting
Print or Preview, then select Download. The file will be downloaded to your computer in a PDF format.
If you have encountered any issues while using QuickBooks Online, one of the possible reasons could be data corruption in your browser. This can cause applications to malfunction, crash, or display data inaccurately.
To fix this, we can try signing in to your QBO account using a private browser or "incognito" mode. This can help your computer or device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies.
Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.
