Can't find Income account choice on chart of accounts new drop down list?
QuickBooks online version
I tried to open in Incognito window but same results,
Chart if accounts,
New
Account type drop down list has,
Account receivable (A/R)
Other Current Assets
Bank
Fixed Assets
Other Assets
Account payable *A/P)
Credit card
Other Current liabilities
Long term liabilities
Equity
Revenue
Expenditures
Other Expenditures.
But No Income Account 😕

The reason you're unable to find the Income account because it's updated to Revenue. Whenever you're ready, let's go back to the Chart of Accounts page and add your new income account. Here's how:

- Click New in the top right corner.
