Can't find snap receipt

Welcome to the Community space, Ben. Let me help you with the snap receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

It is essential to note that Snap Receipt is an exclusive feature available only on the QBO mobile app for iOS and Android. To access this feature, make sure to install the app first. If done, follow the steps below to locate the Receipt snap.

1. Tap the Menu icon.
2. Choose Receipt snap.
3. Select the Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
4. Tap Use this photo, then Done.

If you’re already operating within the app but are still unable to access this feature, let’s proceed with some troubleshooting steps.

1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile App, select the Gear icon. 
2. Choose the Refresh Data menu. 
3. Tap Yes.

Android Settings:

1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
3. Select Clear Data.

iOS:

1. In Settings, click General.
2. Select iPhone Storage and choose the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Hit Offload App.

On the other hand, you can manually upload through the browser to save the record of your receipts. QuickBooks supports PDF,  JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format. You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format. Here's how: 

1. In your QuickBooks, go to Transactions.
2. Click Receipt.
3. Choose Upload from the computer or Upload from Google Drive. Each file should only have a single receipt.
