Log in to your account through incognito mode to see if the problem is with the browser. Here are the shortcuts for the keyboard:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

If you can successfully create an estimate, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache. Switching to a different supported browser can also fix the issue.
