Can the bank connection bring in all of 2023? Looks like it defulted to the last quarter. What did I miss?

When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the software will automatically download the transactions that have occurred within the last 90 days. This default setting can be helpful for many users who only need to track recent transactions. However, if you need to examine your spending patterns or reconcile your accounts for a more extended period, you may need to import older transactions manually. 
 

To manually import transactions into QBO, you can download your bank statement in a supported file format (such as CSV or QBO) from your bank's website. Then, you can upload the file into QBO and map the columns to the appropriate fields in the software. Here's how:

1. Click the Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
2. Under the Link account drop-down menu, click Upload from the file.
3. Choose the account to which you want to upload the transactions, then click Next.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, then tap Next.
5. Hit Let's Go when you're ready.
