I have added a custom field to the purchase order form for estimated arrival date.  Can this feature be set to print on the purchase order form so the vendor may see it?  Thank you in advance.

I am happy to assist you with printing your purchase order.

In QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can include the estimated arrival date on your purchase order when you print it. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Click on the Gear icon and select Custom Fields.
  2. Look for Arrival Date in the Custom Fields list and click on Edit.
  3. Turn on the Print on Form button for the Purchase Order under Select Forms.
  4. Click on Save, and you're done!

Now, you can print your purchase order transaction with the estimated arrival date.

Once you provide a bill to your vendor, here's an article that you can follow: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or checks in QuickBooks Online.
