Instead of issuing annual membership invoice, I like to issue an invoice for 12 monthly installments so that clients can make monthly payments. Can QB handle this feature?

I will explain how to set up recurring invoices and send automatic reminders to customers when their invoices are due or almost due, @cjckaikei.

To remind customers about invoice due dates, QuickBooks Online offers an easy solution. You can set up automatic reminders that are sent out a few days before or after the due date. This eliminates the need to track the dates manually or worry about sending too many reminders. Moreover, you can personalize the email message to match your business's tone and style.

To set up automatic invoice reminders, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
2. Click on the Sales tab.
3. In the Reminders section, click on Edit .
4. Turn on Automatic invoice reminders.
5. Select Reminder 1 from the dropdown menu and turn on the toggle switch.
6. Choose the number of days, before or after the invoice due date when QuickBooks should send the reminder.

Please note that you can schedule email reminders up to 90 days before or after the invoice's due date.
