This is not the experience we want you to have, @pps-justin. However, we want you to know that we have made product enhancements based on feedback from our customers about the classic invoicing experience.

 

Recently, QuickBooks Online has introduced updates to the estimate and invoice experience to make them more user-friendly and to improve the underlying technology.

 

A change is currently underway for QuickBooks Online Simple Start and Essentials users. Roughly 70,000 users will be migrated to the new layout on April 24th (May 6th for Plus and Advanced). Once the migration is completed, users will no longer have the option to switch back to the old layout. The old layout will be deprecated before the end of May 2024.

 

With this, I suggest sending feedback about these changes. Our product development team will review your suggestion and may consider it for future updates.

 

Here's how to send feedback:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under the Profile column.
  3. Enter your product suggestions.
  4. Press Next to submit.

Of course it is! It's what you built and are foisting on customers. It's exactly the experience you want them to have.

This horrible update, I can't even use Arrow keys.
