Can we expect the app to be published on the marketplace soon? I submitted my application for marketplace review a week ago but have not yet received any status updates?

I submitted my application for marketplace review a week ago but have not yet received any status updates. Could you please provide an estimated timeline for the approval process and when we can expect the app to be published on the marketplace?

I appreciate what you've done so far, @dipak-upmetrics.

 

Before listing your app on the QuickBooks App Store, it must pass a three-part review consisting of a Technical Review, Security Review,and Marketing Review. For the technical review, it would take 3 business days. The security review would take 7 business days, and the marketing review would take 5 business days.

 

During this process, QuickBooks will evaluate the quality, functionality, and branding requirements of your app. Your app must meet all the requirements in order to be published on the QuickBooks App Store.

Also, you can visit the Intuit Developer's page to find answers to developers' questions and suggestions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this page: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Click on QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with? 
  3. Hit on Ask a Question. 
  4. Sign in to your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one. 
  5. Put a brief description of your concern such as integration only on our testing site.
  6. Select Ask.

I have one more question regarding testing. We currently have live integration only on our testing site, not on the live site. Could you please advise on how to provide you with testing credentials for this setup?

There's a community dedicated to developers and integrating other apps or websites with QuickBooks Online (QBO). We can sign up and post this question to our separate online forum called Intuit Developer Community. This forum contains resources for software development, as well as the ability to ask fellow developers questions.

 

Our Intuit Developer can provide you with further details on how to develop or integrate the app only on your testing site. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with? 
  3. Tap Ask a Question. 
  4. Log into your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one. 
  5. Enter your concern such as integration only on our testing site.
  6. Press Ask.

 

Additionally, you can always utilize the API Docs & Tools and Blog menu on the Intuit Developer's page. From there, you can check out the latest feature added to the application.
