Hello there, mike-turretsleev. Thanks for reaching out with your question about importing .doc templates into QuickBooks Online. I understand you are looking to customize sales forms using pre-made Word document templates.

I'd like to let you know that importing .doc templates is currently not available in the US version of QuickBooks Online. This would definitely be a useful time-saving feature though.

I recommend formally submitting a request for this capability directly to our product team through the feedback form. Having them add .doc import for templates is a great suggestion.

Let me share these steps on how to send feedback and feature requests in QBO:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit feedback.

Your input helps shape future QBO improvements and we truly appreciate you taking a moment to share this request.

In the meantime, you can manually customize your sales forms in QBO using the steps in these articles:

Don't hesitate to reach out to us again if you have any other follow-up questions or need help personalizing invoices, estimates, or other sales forms in QBO. We're always here to share details when customizing transactions and documents to suit your business needs, mike-turretsleev.
