Can you bulk change/edit the account categories of expenses? Forum says go to Transactions->Expenses, but where do you find the "Transactions" nav or menu item?

Sounds like you're reading something for QB Online.
There isn't a way to bulk update transactions in the way you suggest. There is something a little like this in the accountant versions ~"data file cleanup" feature, but it's limited. I've never used it.
