can you create a batch for the invoices paid after posting the payment and print the batch?

To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify if you want to create a batch of invoices. If yes, in QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can make and send multiple invoices at the same time. Yet, this isn't an option for other versions of QuickBooks Online.

 

However, there is good news for you! You can print multiple paid invoices in bulk for all versions of QuickBooks Online. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. In the left menu, click Sales.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab.
  3. Set the Date and Status to All.
  4. Locate and select the invoices you want to print.
  5. Click on the Batch actions dropdown menu, and choose Print.
