Can you pull a Multi- GL report in QBO?

I want to be able to pull a GL transaction report for all of my 1200 accounts, is that possible? Or would I have to load them individually?

 

In my old software, I could select all the GL accounts I wanted and pull a transaction report for any and all accounts I want. I just haven't been able to find where to do that in QBO, it doesn't seem like it should be hard to do.

 

Is this a report that could be made or generated by QBO?

QuickBooks Online has a General Ledger report that you can pull up. You can also filter this report to select the accounts you want to include.

  1. Go to the Reports tab, then search and select General Ledger.
  2. Make sure the Report period is set properly. Click on the Customize button.
  3. From the Filter section, go to the Distribution Account drop-down and select the accounts.
  4. Hit Run report.
