Can you remove the option for customers to edit the payment total?

Some customers have edited the payment total on the invoice to add money instead of using the tipping option at the bottom. This has resulted in annoying things like my QB showing a negative amount due to the credits. Would love to turn it off but QB phone support is a joke.

Removing the Edit amount option for the customer's end is currently unavailable, gentlepawsmobile. 

 

I understand this feature is important for your accounting processes. Although the current limitation may cause inconvenience, I'm here to ensure customers use the Tip option going forward.

 

Consider adding a message to your invoice informing customers about the option of adding the tip amount via the Tip feature instead of modifying the total amount while paying the invoice. This will encourage customers to use the Tip feature and help streamline the payment process.
