Can you send invoices to two different email addresses in quickbooks online? My customer is asking for the invoice to go to her as well as her accounting department.

Why don't you enter two emails in the customer profile with a comma, and find out!

Yes, you can send multiple invoices to multiple customers. I'm pleased to share how you can achieve it in Quickbooks Online.

 

Please proceed to these steps to add several email addresses as recipients of an invoice:

 

  1. On the invoice page, proceed to the Customer email.
  2. Either type in multiple email addresses separated by a comma or space or utilize the Cc (carbon copy) or Bcc (blind carbon copy) fields.
  3. Fill in all other necessary details.
  4. Once done, click on Save and send.

 

In addition, please take note of the following when sending an email to multiple customers.

 

  • You can only input up to 100 characters in the recipient's email address field, including spaces.
  • Sending an email to the same address more than once isn't allowed in the system.
  • Cc recipients are visible to all other recipients, while Bcc recipients are not visible to anyone.
