Can you text invoices to customers? If so, how?

To address your question, there is currently no direct option to text invoices to your customers. However, QuickBooks provides a convenient way to send invoices to your customers. You can simply open your QuickBooks Online account through a browser, select the invoice you want to send, and copy the link to the transaction. Then, you can share the link with your customer via SMS or any other messaging platform, so they can view the invoice directly. 

Here are the detailed steps on how to do it: 

1. Go to the + New menu.
2. Select Invoice.
3. From the Customer drop-down menu, select a customer and enter the necessary information.
4. When you're done, select the Save and share link from the drop-down arrow.
5. Click the Copy link button. Then, paste and send it via SMS or any other messaging platform. 

Additionally, I recommend that you submit a request to add a feature that allows you to text invoices to your customers. You can do this by visiting the Customer Feedback page for QBO. There, you can enter or search for your request and see if other users have the same request. You can also vote for this option to make it available in the future.
