Can you update me on when exactly my customers payment will be availabe in my bank account?

is over 2 business days now and the payment has not been credited to my bank account, what could be the reason for the delays?

I'll ensure you'll get to know why there are delays in your customer's payment, Paywir. 

 

One of the reasons for the delay in posting the payments to your bank account is the deposit speed. That said, if you're new to QuickBooks Payments, it may take up to five business days. The first set of payments, known as a batch, will take longer while we set up your account. Once the setup is complete, future payments will be deposited more quickly.

 

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can follow the steps below to check your current deposit speed:

 

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Choose the Payments tab.
  5. Review the Deposit Speed section.
