Hi there, @naddevco. We'll guide you along the way so you can use Venmo as a mode of payment for your customers inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, know you'll need a payment account to have the Venmo mode of payment when creating an invoice. If you don't have an account, select Get set up inside the invoice. See the screenshot attached for visual reference:

After setting up, ensure Venmo is active in your Account and settings. These are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Sales section, and select Accept PayPal to make PayPal and Venmo available for all new sales transactions.
