Cash flow chart on mobile doesn’t work and hasn’t for some time now. Bug? It shows cash balance or zero. Works fine on desktop with correct balance.

An outdated app can cause the Cash flow chart not to function, Matt. Let me assist you in performing some troubleshooting to view the correct balance and get this feature back to work.

There are times when the app data affects its performance. Resetting refreshes it into the default state. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser.

To start, follow the steps below for an iOS:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.

Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

Once done, check if the Cash flow chart operates and shows the accurate data on your mobile. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to get the most recent version of the application.

However, you can contact our experts if you still get the same issue after following the recommendations. They can pull up your account securely to investigate further. Make sure to reach us during our support hours so we can address your concern promptly.

Kindly update me on how the suggestion above goes when navigating with cash flow. I'll get back to you to share the more details. Keep safe.
