Categorization of Expenses

An expense is an expense. You could easily put all four under professional, or subscription. The way I think about expenses, as long as you can defend the category you put it in, you will be fine. The categories are as much for your use as for anyone else. Does looking at that heading on your P&L give you the information you need? Or do you need to split it a little in order to give yourself more information?
