Changing quantity in an invoice

When creating an invoice, I am unable to change the quantity for a service line. I used to be able to change it, but only a grayed out italicized "1" is available.

    Hello there, Kevin. I'm here to help you change your Quantity in an invoice. 

     

    In QuickBooks Online, you can usually change the Quantity of your line item. Since you've mentioned that you're unable to do so, I recommend using other supported web browsers or private browsers to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

     

    • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
