Charts of accounts not showing totals on some line items

On the Charts of Accounts tab it will not show the totals for some of the categories.  Under settings the boxes are checked that say "Quickbooks Balances". I've cleared the Cahce and reloaded the page but still doesn't populate the totals.

I'd like to provide you with some useful information about the Chart of Accounts and how to view the totals on it. 

 

Only accounts that are included in the Balance Sheet will display the total under QuickBooks Balance. These accounts are typically connected to Assets, Liabilities, and Equity. If you want to see the balance of accounts that aren't directly shown in the Chart of Accounts, simply click on Run report under the ACTION tab.
