Question

Combining Multiple QBO accounts for reporting

I manage several companies, each with its own Quickboooks online account. Each company has the same COA and same classes. If the owner of all the companies want to see a P&L of ALL his companies, I have to download individual excel sheets and manually combine all of them to get one consolidated P&L. Is there a third-party app that can do this for me?

Good evening, @Hull Girl

It's great to see you back in the Community. Allow me to point you in the right direction to get a third party app to fulfill your request.

Yes, you're correct. You'll need to use a third party app or do the actions you've been doing with downloading the individual excel sheets.

I can provide you with our QuickBooks Apps website so you can review all the options there, and then decide which would be best for the business.

I'm only a post away if you have any other questions or concerns. Take care!

The only option I see that will consolidate QBO reports from different QBO accounts is Qvinci, which is kinda pricy. Do any of the others on that list consolidate QBO reports? Thanks

@Hull Girl

Utilize a BI app to consolidate reports from multi QBO accounts and QBD files.

I checked out Zoho - unless I misunderstood it, Xoho won't consolidate the QBO reports.

I'm looking for some help with this also.  The cheapest I can find right now is Fathom, at $150 per month to combine 3 sets of financials from 3 different QBO files.  Has anyone seen anything cheaper?  My issue is that I have classes, and the cheapest alternative I have is to create an excel workbook to combine everything.

Hi there - I finally settled on Joiin. It has some limitations but does work with classes. It's about $50 a month. Easy to set up. As long as your classes and accounts are EXACTLY the same in each QBO, it'll combine them. If not, it'll show "Accounts Payable" and Accounts payable" on 2 different lines.
