Comparison Reports not showing correctly in management reports

I have customized the P&L and balance sheet to compare it to the previous period (This Year to Last Month), they show correctly in the custom reports tab.  When I put them in my monthly financials management reports it does not show the comparison data.  This has worked in the past and now it is not working.  

 

How do I get my comparison reports to show correctly in the management reports?

In order to see your customizations reflected in your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet report, it's essential to use a similar report period when running management reports. Also, make sure to click on the Save customization button after making any changes to the reports for them to take effect.

 

Once you've verified these, and the reports still don't match. Let's proceed with troubleshooting your browser to fix this unusual behavior of the program. To begin, start by opening an incognito or private browser window. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts for the most popular browsers: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After opening the private browser window, log in to your QuickBooks account and see if the reports match. If it is, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and fix specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
