Contactless Card reader is not turning on. Even when power cord connected for the entire day. What can I do next?

Let's see if we can get the reader working for you.  On the reader, you should see a small hole.  That's a reset button for the reader.  Take a paperclip or a push pin and push into that small hole and make sure you feel it connect.  That should reset the reader.  Let's see if that turns it on.  Then try hitting the button on the side and see if it lights up.
