Yes, you can add unpaid time off code to your contractor. When you add new employees or contractors to QuickBooks Online, they’re automatically added to QuickBooks Time in My Team.
Here's how:
Go to Feature Add-ons and then Time Off Codes.
Click on Add New.
Enter the name of the Time Off code and choose the Unpaid code.
To assign the code to team members, select Assign to Individuals or Groups. Make your selections and select Save.
