copy a custom report from one qbo to another qbo (both qbo online)

I can share a few things about importing custom reports from one company file to another in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @JennTIAF.

Currently, it's not possible to copy a custom report from one company file to another since reports rely on the specific information within the company file. Each has its own dataset, so the custom report wouldn't have the same underlying information to pull from the other company.

That said, you'll need to recreate them in the other company file. While it may require additional effort, doing so ensures alignment with the specific data in QBO.

Moreover, you can send your reports by email on a recurring schedule so your team members can have a copy.
