Custom invoice form created on qbo is not showing up in the quickbooks app on my phone. Any solutions?

The customized invoice I created and is my default in quickbooks online is not showing up in the quickbooks app on my phone. I want to send invoices from my phone but I currently can't because I do not want any differences in invoices sent from QBO and the app.

Hello there, Matt. We see that your QBO app doesn't follow the defaulted customized invoice from your QBO web browser account. With that in mind, let us help you fix this by performing some troubleshooting steps on your app and phone.

 

 If we're using the Android version, here are some quick steps to fix mist app-related issues:

 

  1. Go to the More Options ⋮ menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tap Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

 

After that, let's try to send the invoice again and review the form before sending it. If the same issue persists, perform these steps:

 

  1. Change the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Clear app data. To do this:
    1. Open your device Settings.
    2. Select Apps (varies by device).
    3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    4. Select clear data.
  4. Power down and restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

For IOS:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings, and select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select the Offload App.

Hey Brian will this work for the new update version of forms and templates or is this only good for the old version.

I'm having the same issue I'm trying to hide cost and amount of each line item but for some reason on the mobile app it uses the new form and template even though on my Quickbooks online desktop version I have selected the old form template
