We need to export three details for use with another platform (ADP). We simply need employee name, employee ID, and employee hours from the weekly timesheet or from the time activity reports we run for invoicing. Can anyone help us with this?

Hi there, @WKidd. I have the information that can help you in exporting the details you want. 

 

We can pull the Employee detail report since this provides detailed information about your employees. I can walk you through the steps of accessing this report. 

 

  1. Go to Reports. 
  2. Search for Employee detail in the search field. 
  3. Click the Export to Excel.

 

However, please know that the information that appears on that report will depend on the employee setup. Also, the options found in the Customize report window are there by default. If you want to include employee ID numbers when moving from another platform, you can export the said report to Excel and add the ID numbers from there.

 

Moreover, if you want to view a report that shows your employee hours from the weekly timesheet, you can pull up the Time Activities by Employee Detail Report. This report shows the hourly hours and duration of activities an employee has madeLet me walk you through viewing this.

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. On the search field, type Time Activities by Employee Detail Report.

 

Please note that this report will only show if you've already added time activities by an employee.
