I can help you create a report of billed items in QuickBooks Desktop, @Pancho.

You have the ability to run a Unbilled Cost by Job Report and personalize it to suit your needs.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop account.
2. Go to Reports, then hover your mouse to Customers & Receivables. Then click on Unbilled Cost by Job.
3. From there click on Show Filters at the top menu then, change the Billing Status from Unbilled to Billed.

At the moment, we don't have a particular report that allows us to present the items billed to the client and then group them by specific categories or types.
