Custom totals and balances of debtors report.

In QBO, you can run the Accounts receivable aging detail report if you want to see which customers have past due balances and how long each transaction is past due. You can also run the Accounts receivable aging summary report if you want to see the total outstanding balances and how long they’re past due.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports.
2. In the Who Owes You section, select Accounts Receivable Aging Summary or Accounts Receivable Aging Detail.
3. You can also Customize the report with the other information needed for your report.
