Hello, jzdracoj. We can let your customer perform troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. Occasionally, the accumulated cache and cookies in the system can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected behaviors.

You can contact the affected customer and let them open the invoice you sent in a private window to rule out browser-related issues that prevent them from accessing it. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts they can use:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, let them return to their regular browser and clear their cache to start afresh. They can also switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.

Additionally, you can consider printing your preferred invoices and manually sending them to your customers, so they can view and have a copy of the transaction.

Here's how to print your invoice:

  1. Head to the Sales menu, then All Sales.
  2. Locate the invoice you want to send. Click the Action dropdown.
  3. Press the Print option.

For future reference, if you have received payment from one of your customers, you can record it in QuickBooks. It will mark your invoices as paid, ensuring that your financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Taking these troubleshooting steps will guarantee your customer can open and access the invoices you sent. Feel free to ask any follow-up questions if you need further assistance. I'm here to help you.
