Question

Customer CC payments issued and invoices closed within QB, but neither transaction nor funds appeared in the QB Merchant Processing Center. What caused this issue?

This problem occurred between the end of May and June 17th. Problem has since been rectified, but we have no idea as to the root cause of the problem. Furthermore, integrity of QB is now n question.

I'd also feel the same when my funds aren't showing up in QuickBooks Merchant, azmoudeh10.

I'll lay down details on what causes your funds to be on hold and route you in the right direction for support available to help you with this issue.

When your recent payments you accepted are on hold, this doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong. You'll want to check to ensure everything's alright.

Please know that Intuit put payments on hold to ensure we protect the interests of all parties involved in the payment process.

With this, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team Support to have them review your account and investigate the causes of the funds being undeposited in QB Merchant. To contact them through QuickBooks Online (QBO), here's how:

  1. Go to Help (?), then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question and select Continue.
  3. Review and select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.

Please see this link for more ways to contact them: Contact Payments Support.

Meanwhile, here's an article you can read for complete details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments. It includes verifying your deposit speed if you use QuickBooks Payments.
