Customer Contact List Report, filepath names now abbreviated?

Hi all,

Just noticed on my quarterly Customer Contact List report download that the filepath names in the Customer column are now abbreviated, even when downloaded as a .csv?  For the love of god please remove the character limitation from the Customer field as it is completely unnecessary to character limit a filepath name.

 

Does anyone have a work around by chance?

We recognize the importance of obtaining the correct data. We're here to ensure you download your quarterly Customer Contact List report with full file path names, JonCCM.

 

What's displayed in the Customer Contact List report before you download it into a PDF file is what QuickBooks will print. Before you do so, make sure to adjust the border of the Customer column so the entire customer name will be printed. Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference.

 

 

Also, you may want to consider memorizing your reports in QuickBooks to retain the same customization setting for future use.

Good morning Rea,

 

Thank you for the attempted solution, however the file path names are abbreviated in the report itself, see screenshot below with the Customer column extended far beyond the contents of the column to show all characters.
