Customer Historic Balances

You can try running the Customer Balance Detail or Accounts Receivable Summary reports. Some reports are limited based on your plan, so be sure to review our Reports included in your subscription article.

After deciding on a report, you can run and customize it as necessary. If you end up needing additional customization options, you can export and customize reports further outside of QuickBooks.

Here's how:
 

1. From the Reports screen, search for and run a report you want to export a copy of.
2. Click your Export/Print ▼ drop-down list.
3. Select Export to Excel.
4. Save the file somewhere you'll be able to easily find it, like your Desktop or Downloads folders.
