Customer in shortcuts disappeared. How can I access customer list?

Hello there, nsc217. Let me guide you on how to access the customer shortcut and list in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before doing so, it's important to note that you can only add up to five favorites to your Shortcuts. If you don't customize, your top five actions will change over time. Here's how to customize your Shortcuts:

 

  1. Go to Dashboards and click the Home tab.
  2. On the Shortcuts section, select the pencil icon.
  3. Click the Add customer box, then Save.

 

To access your customer list, go to the Sales tab and select Customers.

 

Furthermore, you can create invoices to charge your customers for the products and services you sell to them.
