In QuickBooks Desktop, if you run a customer list or Customer by Contact report, there is no filter to see the customers who have purchased for the past two years.

I recommend an alternative report to show the details you need by customizing a Transaction List by Customer report. Follow the steps below.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Hover your mouse to the Customers & Receivables and choose Transaction List by Customer.
3. Set the date range to include the past two(2) years.
4. Click the Customize button.
5. From the Display tab, choose the Name Address and remove other details you don't need.
6. Click OK.
