I'd be happy to assist you with receiving customer payments, Sales.

Before we proceed, I need to confirm how your customers make payments for their invoices. Do they use online payments, or do you utilize the Receive Payment feature to record customer payments? Have you encountered any error messages while receiving payments or when customers try to pay their invoices? Providing additional information will greatly help us in resolving the issue.

In the meantime, if you are manually recording payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's troubleshoot to identify the cause of the problem. I recommend logging into your account using incognito mode or a private window to determine if the issue is related to the browser's cache.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If the issue persists, try changing to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. It is possible that your current browser is experiencing a temporary problem with QuickBooks, and using a new browser may help resolve the issue.

Additionally, you can generate reports in QBO to gain insight into your company's performance.
